Ben Maher sued by former backers in £1.5m High Court case

In this week’s H&H, we report on the acrimonious High Court case involving Ben Maher and Mike and Emma Phillips — co-owners of his Olympic gold medal-winning ride, Tripple X III.

The Phillipses say that Ben owes them hundreds of thousands of pounds from horse purchases and sales made on their behalf.
