Successful conference held by Hallmarq MRI

  • Hallmarq Standing Equine MRI, manufacturers of MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) systems, has held a successful conference that discussed the diagnosis of equine lameness.

Leading equine vets travelled to the event in France to share their knowledge and discuss the latest developments when diagnosing horses lame.

The presentations highlighted the clear and rapid information that MRIs reveal. There were detailed images “illustrating how anatomical structures that could barely be seen a few years ago can be responsible for performance problems in highly competitive equines.”

Nick Bolas of Hallmarq MRI said: “The conference was the best yet and the number of delegates continues to grow every year. There was some very lively debate throughout.”

Sixty-one delegates attended the conference that was held in January in Chamonix, France.
