Belton Horse Trials in partnership with National Trust

  • Belton Horse Trials  (4-6 April) has teamed up with the National Trust to allow visitors to enjoy the competition as well as the attractions of Belton House.

As well as the horse trials there will be an inter-hunt relay, unaffiliated dressage, Pony Club mounted games and a stallion parade. Non-equine activities will also be on offer, including a classic car display, a dog show and access to the National Trust mansion and gardens.

“The Belton Horse Trials has, over the years, built a reputation, not just for the challenge of the course, the quality of the entry and its international reach, but as an event which has something to appeal to everyone whether from town or country,” said Alec Gordon, National Trust general manager.
