  • Police in Berkshire are still trying to track down a ponytrap after it was stolen from Lambourn earlier this month.

The dark green Bennington Buccaneer ponytrap was stolen from Ashdown House stable yard in Lambourn on 3 June.

    It is worth about £3,000.

Owner Peter Harvey, who buys and sells cattle and sheep wants to see the safe return of his trap.

Mr Harvey said: “I only started driving a recently and keep my driving horses as a hobby. I believe there have been a few thefts in the area, I’ve heard of cattle trailer and quad bikes being stolen in the last couple of months.”
