Net-Tex launch new Feather Mite

New for the summer Net-Tex has launched Feather Mite, a powder that is designed to instantly kill mites.

“The powder works by penetrating the surface of the mites, breaking down their waxy protective coating causing them to dehydrate and die,” said a spokesman for the company.

“Feather mites can be very distressing for the horse. In severe cases horses will continually chew the legs causing sores. This effective treatment is kind to the skin as it is a non-toxic formulation. It’s easy to use squeezable puff bottle allows you to direct the powder through the hair directly onto the skin.”
