Farewell to Sheila Berry


  • Sheila Berry, the former organiser of Kinlet Park, Ferney Hall, Downton Castle and Berrington Horse Trials, has passed away on 18 January.

    Ms Berry was instrumental in developing better hat and body protector standards as chairman of the British Horse Society health and safety committee.

    She received the Cubitt award for service to the Pony Club in 1990 and the BHS Sefton award and Order of Merit. She was 85.
