British showjumpers back in the Nations Cup for 2010

Team GB will be reinstated to the top tier of showjumping’s super league following an appeal to the Court of Arbitration in Sport (CAS).

At 4.30pm today it was announced: “The CAS has allowed the appeal filed by the BEF [British Equestrian Federation] on 5 February 2010 and has annulled the decision of the FEI [International Equestrian Federation] Tribunal of 21 January 2010.
