Sparsholt College will launch a BSc (Hons) equine science degree in September.
The Hampshire college’s equine centre is home to more than 70 horses and contains facilities ranging from horse-walkers to dissection laboratories.
During their degree, students will learn topics such as anatomy, behaviour, health and equine reproduction.
The three-year course will run alongside the college’s existing equine studies degree.
