Meet the SEIB Search for a Star show hunter finalists


  • Five-year-old Blackmoor Mac Rua is heading for HOYS after winning the show hunter qualifer at Towerlands. This Irish heavyweight with an impressive white face and four white socks is owned and ridden by Becky Chapman.

    “He is a classic hunter type and a really gentle giant,” says Becky.

    Streetwise II, an Anglo Arab gelding owned by Rosalind Wells and ridden by her 19-year-old daughter Suzanne, also secure a place at HOYS.

    “We plan to do a bit of everything with him. I didn’t expect to qualify. It’s very exciting and will be a really good experience for him,” says Plumpton College student, Suzanne.
