Focus on Maximillian Saluut

    Holstein . Ramiro bloodline . 16.3hh . Bay . 9in bone . 1976

Saluut is a graded, 100-day performance tested Holstein stallion and international grand prix show jumper. Saluut received excellent marks in his Dutch performance test and was graded at the highest level. He is also graded at the highest level with the SHB(GB), BWBS and AES. It is widely acknowledged that Saluut would also have been equally successful as a dressage horse.

Saluut’s sire Ronald has produced a large number of offspring successful in international dressage and jumping. Ronald’s sire Ramiro (himself a grand prix show jumper with Frits Ligges) is legendary. Saluut’s dam line is also very good, being line bred to the T.B. Cottage Son through both Valine and Consul. Consul is the sire of Granat, the most successful dressage horse of the early 1980’s, and great grand sire of Corlandus, dressage Olympic Silver Medallist.

Saluut is a proven sire of world class offspring in both show jumping and dressage. Worldwide he has produced more than 312 successful show jumpers, 306 dressage horses, 362 graded mares and 16 graded stallions. He is renowned for producing offspring who are good looking willing workers that move and jump.

No other stallion worldwide had offspring selected for both dressage and showjumping at the Atlanta Olympics!

Whether breeding for your own use, or to sell commercially, Saluut should be your first choice to produce you talented offspring in both dressage and showjumping. What other stallion can match his credentials?
