Farewell to… rider, owner and instructor Jean Rodgerson

Rider, owner and instructor Jean Rodgerson died on 13 August, following an accident near her home in Hough-on-the-Hill, Lincs.

She fell from one of her horses while hacking and suffered head injuries.

Mrs Rodgerson was well known for bringing on young horses and teaching competition riders. She also hunted with the Belvoir.

She leaves her husband Ken and her daughter Alison. Her funeral was on 23 August.
