Nearly 80 horses seized at ranch in Texas to be rehomed
Seventy-seven Arabian horses seized from a property in Texas earlier this month are to be rehomed by The Humane Society of North Texas
The Arab horse has a distinctive head shape and high tail carriage. It is also one of the oldest breeds in the world. Today, Arabian bloodlines are found in almost every modern breed of riding horse, with many showing classes also dedicated to the part bred Arab. Usually standing between 14.1 to 15 hh, the pure bred has also developed a strong following in the show ring, and are also a popular choice of endurance horse.
