New sponsor for Tim Stockdale
International show jumper Tim Stockdale has secured a new sponsorship deal with Fresh Direct
Tim Stockdale, one of Britain’s leading show jumpers, has signed a new sponsorship deal with Fresh Direct.
The company imports and distributes fruit and vegetables and will sponsor Tim for the next 18 months.
Tim and his horses will now be sporting the company’s distinct green and orange livery which was unveiled at Hickstead’s RIHS meeting.
As well as a new show jumping jacket and rugs for the horses, Tim is also carrying Fresh Direct’s branding on both his lorries.
Les Harris of Fresh Direct said: “I’ve always been interested in show jumping and got to know Tim when he began riding a friend’s horse about three years ago.”
“Tim is such a good ambassador for the sport and we are please to support him in his run up to the World Equestrian Games.”

Tim has been selected to represent Britain and will also be competing at the Hickstead Derby meeting later in August.
Talking about his new sponsors Tim said:
“I’m delighted to have been selected for WEG and this new sponsor helps me financially and allows me to focus on the World Championships as well as Athens Olympics.“
