Ann Martin, who for many years reported on major show jumping events for Horse & Hound died on 24 March after a long illness.
Ann, a World Champion archer in her Oxford University days, also bred and showed winning in-hand hunters and was the best-selling author of several equestrian books.
She was awarded the Ryans Son Trophy decided by members of the Whitaker family at Olympia in 2004 for her services to show jumping.
Her funeral will take place on 10 April at Mid-Warwickshire Crematorium, Wellesbourne, at 2.30pm. For more details, contact (tel: 01295 680251).
