Families attending racing at Kempton Park on Sunday 22 July are invited to widen their racing knowledge by visiting the new Discover Racing Roadshow.
Described as a “complete horse racing experience”, the Discover Racing Roadshow aims to inform and entertain using state-of-the-art technology.
Racegoers at Kempton will experience the world¨s first mobile 3D-polarisation image and comes complete with a soundtrack of galloping horses and crowd noises. To view the 3D footage, the viewer has to wear a pair of special clear glasses that are supplied.
The day will also include pony rides, racecourse tours, face painting, bouncy castles, competitions and wandering musicians.
Julian Thick, general manager of Kempton Park racecourse, said: ¨The presence of the Discover Racing Roadshow will help make this Sunday raceday a big family day out with entertainment galore on offer, as well as a competitive six-race card.¨
The first race of the day is 2.00pm with the feature race, The Mail On Sunday Mile Rated Stakes, at 3.40pm.
Tickets start at £15 for the Premier Enclosure, £11 for The Paddock and £6 for the Silver Ring.
