World Horse Welfare is appealing to everyone to wear their wellies to work or school next Wednesday (8 October) to raise money for the charity.
‘Wear your wellies Wednesday’ is brand new for 2008 and everyone, everywhere is invited to join in.
Louise Laing, World Horse Welfare events officer, said: “Wear your wellies Wednesday is fun and an easy way to raise money for World Horse Welfare.
“All we ask is that participants get permission from their boss or teacher first and get as many people as possible involved for a suggested minimum donation of £1.”
