Vets donate to World Horse Welfare’s work in Romania

  • The British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA) Trust has donated £16,000 to World Horse Welfare’s work in Romania.

The grant from the trust, which is the charitable arm of BEVA, will be used to teach government, private and student vets about horse welfare through a programme of courses and seminars.

Launched in 2006, Project Romania aims to improve the lives of the county’s one million working horses over a period of five years.
