Reward offered for gundog stolen in East Sussex last weekend

  • A cocker spaniel belonging to the news editor of Horse & Hound’s sister title, Shooting Times, was stolen last weekend.

The black spaniel dog was stolen on 11 December from a locked car parked on a private road in East Sussex.

Thieves smashed a window of the car parked off Church Street in Ticehurst, East Sussex. They took a crow-bar to get the dog out.

The gundog is micro-chipped, and the inside of his left ear is tattooed with TC2966, his tail is docked and he is intact.

Shooting Times news editor Selena Masson said: “A substantial reward is on offer for information leading to his safe return — far greater than his market value.”

If you have any information, call Selena on 07970 521956.
