The BRC National Championships take place on 14 – 15 September at their new venue – the Lincolnshire Showground
More than 1,000 horses and ponies and around 3,000 people are expected to attend.
The BRC has new sponsors for this year’s national championships, Kbis Equine Insurance is sponsoring the senior novice show jumping championships and Natural Animal Feeds is sponsoring the Evergreen Championship and the new senior novice dressage championship.
Senior competitions will take place on Saturday (14) and the junior competitions on Sunday (15). The NAF Evergreen Championship, which combines junior and senior members will also take place on Sunday.
Admission and car parking is free and spectators are welcome, either to support members from their riding club or simply to enjoy an equestrian day out.
The Worshipful Company of Saddlers will also be providing saddlery vouchers to all winning team members, plus the winner of the medium dressage championships, the Evergreen champion and the pairs dressage champions.
The Lincolnshire Showground is easily accessible from the motorway. Join the A46 relief road towards Lincoln and then take the A15. Lincolnshire Show Ground is on the A15, due north of Lincoln and just north of the its junction with the A46.
Celebration party
The BRC will also be holing a special celebration party on Saturday night which all riding club members are welcome to attend, whether they are competing or not. Admission is free and there will be live music, a licensed bar and hot food available.
