Anyone wishing to comment on the changes to regulations governing horse passports, which are due to be introduced later this year, has until noon on Monday (2 February) to get their views heard.

The new regulations include the microchipping of all foals and horses applying for passports and stipulate that passports must be carried each time a horse is moved by horsebox.
