In-foal mare missing presumed stolen in Wantage

  • A coloured mare — who is due to foal imminently — is missing, presumed stolen, from her field in Wantage.

Thames Valley Horsewatch is appealing for information after the four-year-old 14.2hh, trotter, disappeared overnight on Saturday/Sunday (20-21 June).

The mare is described as mainly white, with a chestnut head and broad blaze, chestnut patches on both flanks and a patch above a very short chestnut tail.

Her foal is also expected to be chestnut skewbald.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Thames Valley Police, on 08458 505505
