Horse magazine unveils a bright new look

  • Horse magazine’s brand new look and fresh content has been unveiled in today’s June issue, which is priced at a credit-crunch busting £2.99, saving 51p on the normal price.

The bright new look will make it the most practical, stylish and up-to-date equestrian monthly title.

“Horse readers are practical, down-to-earth people, who take their riding seriously and want to improve both their horsecare and their riding skills”, says Editor Joanna Browne. “We’ve made sure the new-look magazine gives them easy-to-access, practical information and advice, from our new ’10-minute exercise’ to get results fast, to ‘School for Scoundrels’, helping readers turn their equine devils into little angels.”

Real life remains core to the magazine, with the new ‘Your month’ pages as a showcase for readers’ triumphs, disasters and funny moments, as well as regular training and real-life stories featuring Horse readers.

Horse remains the most up-to-date of all the monthly magazines — as you’d expect from the sister title of Horse & Hound — with an extensive front section of news, diary dates and hot products.

Its renowned horsecare pages bring readers the latest advice and information to keep their horse healthy and happy, and the ever-popular products section has been given a makeover, with more product reviews than ever to help readers get the best for their money.

The fast-paced, fresh design has been created to give readers immediate access to important information and tips, with in-depth reading for those with more time.

Publisher Joanna Pieters says: “Focus groups across the country responded strongly to our great new concepts and designs. We’re confident the new Horse will fill a gap in the market for a fast-paced but in-depth magazine that is practical and stylish.
