A new team launches a surprise coup at the Cartier Polo World Cup on snow – January 2002
New team sponsor at the 18th Cartier Polo World Cup on snow, St Moritz, Switzerland, Dynergy, delighted the crowds, beating favourites Cartier 5-4 in a brilliant match to win the much coveted Cartier Trophy.
The event also came as a boost for UK polo, with two young Britons starring in the final – Satnam Dhillon (5) for Dynergy and Jack Kidd (4) for Cartier.
