If you enjoy cross-county competitions then don’t miss the BHS cross-country championships
The British Horse Society’s cross-country championships, sponsored by South Essex Insurance Brokers, gets underway on 24 March at White House Farm, Eagle Moor near Lincoln.
The successful series includes novice (2’9″), pairs (2’9″) and open (3’3″) classes. A young riders points championship for competitors aged 25 years and under has been introduced to celebrate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee.
The top four riders in each class qualify for the final, which is taking place at Richmond EC, North Yorks on 7-8 September. All competitors must be BHS Gold members to competeat the final.
The following qualifying events have been confirmed with a total of 30 qualifiers expected.
