Calling all grooms: are you satisfied by your career?
A survey is being run to find out how satisfied grooms are in their careers.
One hundred grooms are being questioned by the Lantra sector skills council to find out more about current work practices and the opinions of grooms on issues such as salary, training and career progression.
Lisa Jarvis industry partnership manager for the equine industry said: “The survey is quick and easy, only taking a few minutes to complete, and is 100% confidential.
“However it is important as it will enable Lantra to gather a crucial snapshot of the role of grooms, which will help us ensure the work we do, is relevant to the industry.”
The survey must be completed by Thursday 17 April.
