British Horse Society is an “employer of choice” in Warwickshire
The British Horse Society (BHS) received the Coventry and Warwickshire employer of choice award 2010 for small and medium-sized businesses at a ceremony in Coventry on 2 December.
The BHS was amongst many household names including ASDA, National Grid and the Coventry Building Society who were shortlisted for awards buy Warwickshire County Council.
The certificate reads: “….awarded to The British Horse Society for developing and maintaining inclusive strategies that support work life balance and health and well-being during a major accommodation move, which reflect the individual needs of staff and together help create a happy family style atmosphere and motivated workforce”.
BHS Chief Executive Graham Cory said: “It undoubtedly helped that we have employees of choice, all of whom contribute to making the BHS a great place to work.”
