Dressage riders have voted the World Equestrian Festival at Aachen as the best international outdoor event of the year for the 10th consecutive time.
The German event was also top with the four-in-hand drivers — for the fifth year in a row.
General manager of the Aachen organisation team Frank Kemperman received the award from magazine L’Annee Hippique, and said: “We are happy our team’s work is appreciated by the athletes, but we will not settle back cosily.
“We will carry on investing into the quality of Aachen, as we have done in previous years.”
