The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials (30 August – 2 September) has relaunched its website.

The site,, is one of the most popular eventing sites on the internet, receiving more than 1.5 million page requests last year.

New features include a select line of merchandise and a quick guide — called First Time Burghley — to inform newcomers about the event.

Users can also subscribe to a free RSS news feed, which means that all new information uploaded onto the site is delivered straight to their desktop.

Event director Elizabeth Inman said: “With its fresh new look, we’re delighted that the website will now be even easier to use, continuing to provide visitors to the event, as well as our international followers, a window into Burghley.”

The online box office will open on 1 May.
