The British team for the eventing at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games has been confirmed.
As expected, Pippa Funnell (Redesigned, pictured at this morning’s trot-up) and Piggy French (Jakata) are the individual riders, with the other four riders in the team.
The team order is as follows: Nicola Wilson (Opposition Buzz), William Fox-Pitt (Cool Mountain), Tina Cook (Miners Frolic) and Mary King (Imperial Cavalier).
The British horses all passed this morning’s first horse inspection without any problems, although among the leading nations France, the USA and Ireland are all only fielding five horses.
The eventing dressage kicks off tomorrow morning at 9am Kentucky time (2pm British time).
