Alec Lochore is eventing manager for London Olympic Games

Alec Lochore, the organiser of Burnham Market, Houghton, and Blair Castle horse trials, will be the eventing manager for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Mr Lochore, from Brancaster in Norfolk, will work with London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), equestrian manager Tim Hadaway to ensure that a first class event is delivered at Greenwich Park.
