Dressage chairmanshire voting forms lost

  • British Dressage (BD) is to put voting papers for the election of a new chairman on its website, www.britishdressage.co.uk, following concerns that some member have not received the forms by post.

Jennie Loriston-Clarke and Dane Rawlins are both standing, and members vote by 18 May.

Dane Rawlins, who has already put the voting papers on his site, www.dressageathickstead.com, told H&H: “I’ve had about 40 calls from people worried that they haven’t received their voting forms.”

BD chief executive David Holmes said the ballot papers went out to members with British Dressage magazine at the end of April.

“But we’re aware some might have thrown them away by mistake,” he said, adding that members could also call the office (tel: 02476 698843) for replacement forms.
