Debra Fews won Moreton’s medium and advanced medium tests with Dile Que No in Dorset on 5 January, reports Annabel Kendal. Beki Gawler rode the former racehorse Mahout into top spot in both elementary tests on only their second outing this winter.
Summerhouse
Event rider Nick Gauntlett took both novices on Chilli Morning, then headed both elementaries on Rocket Science at Summerhouse, Gloucestershire, on 4 January, reports Toni Warren. Tessa Thorne’s recent run of success with her own Di Spirito, by DiMaggio, continued as she took both advanced mediums.
Heart of England
Heather Morgan’s home-bred Brasingaman Boy won the medium 63 at Heart of England Equestrian, Staffordshire (29-30 December), reports Jo Prestwich. Helen Dolisznyj’s Andalusian stallion Fly Aways Sevillano took the advanced medium 83.
