How to build a straw barrier against FMD

Straw should be spread over an area at least as wide as the largest vehicle to pass over it and should extend for a car’s length to ensure that the entire circumference of a large tyre gets covered. Fresh disinfectant should be applied every other day, or more frequently if the straw becomes dirty.
