Delia Stacey, who already has a suspended jail sentence for mistreating horses, is being prosecuted by the RSPCA for breaching her ban on keeping horses for a third time.
Stacey, 37, of Pepperbox Stud, Bramley, near Guildford appeared in Magistrates Court in Guildford charged with breaching her disqualification order and failing to meet the needs of her horse, under Section 9 of the Animal Welfare Act.
She pleaded guilty to the first charge but not guilty to failing to meet the needs of her horse. The court adjourned to review the case prior to trial.
Q4: What did Katie Price score in her debut dressage competition?
