High Chaparral stormed his way to be the World Series Champion for 2003, with victories at the Irish Champion Stakes and jointly won the Breeders’ Cup Turf.

The stunning thoroughbred piped Falbrav to the post by just one point and its the first time since the World Series was set up in 1999 that the competition has been won by a horse not owned by Godolphin.
