Best buy: Mark Todd Universal Sheet
During the cooler periods of the British summer, it’s not unusual for night time temperatures to drop to chilly levels. If you don’t want to leave your horse without a rug, but know it’s too warm for a quilted stable rug, the Mark Todd Universal Sheet may be the ideal solution.
The rug has a tough 1200 denier polypropylene outer coating and a cotton filling with re-inforced nylon anti-rub shoulders, plus low cross surcingles and a fillet string to keep the rug in place.
The rug is also suitable for use as a travel rug and matches Mark Todd’s new plaid colour travel boots, offering a fully co-ordinated appearance for show days.
The rug is available in sizes 5’6″ to 7’0″ in plaid/tan. The rug normally costs around £55, but is available online for £49.45 during the month of August only.
