The Festival of British Eventing, held at Gatcombe Park from 2-4 August, has attained international status.
This year’s British Eventing Open Championship will be a CIC*** class.
And riders and horses who qualified for the 2012 novice and intermediate championships, but missed out when the event was cancelled due to the wet weather, will compete this year, alongside the 2013 championships.
