Hunts are being paid thousands of pounds by the government to kill foxes despite its intention to outlaw hunting with hounds.
The payments are made by the Forestry Commission, one of the largest government agencies, who are paying huntson their land in Wales a flat sum of £25.
Last season payments totalled more than £10,000
