While coloured show jackets have been allowed in British Dressage competitions since the end of 2013, traditional black and navy versions of the best show jackets are still the most commonly seen.

British Dressage jacket rules

British Dressage rule 78 states that any colour jacket (including tailcoats and waistcoats) are permitted, as are coloured panels, which is new for 2026. Tweed is permitted, but should not have bold patterns.

Accents, such as cuffs, colours or points of a different hue, modest patterns (including pinstripes) and crystal decorations are also permitted.

Navy jackets with red points and collars, and white piping, are not permitted as this style signifies a British team rider.

Wearing a jacket of an incorrect colour or pattern will result in a two mark deduction.

That’s why they’re usually used in advanced flatwork, especially dressage and showing. But while both disciplines use doubles, the bridles themselves can look quite different.

For showing, the style is plain and traditional – think brown leather, flat cavesson, and hunter-style reins. Dressage riders tend to go for black leather, anatomical headpieces, padding, and often a touch of bling on the browband.

Are double bridles harsh?

They can be – but used correctly they shouldn’t be. A double bridle should be giving you more precision, not more power. It’s all about the rider’s hands. In the right setup and with quiet, educated aids, it can actually give a lighter connection. But if used too soon, or with heavy hands, it can absolutely cause discomfort or confusion. A double bridle is a tool for experienced riders and well-schooled horses – not a shortcut.

What’s the most gentle bridle for a horse?

At the end of the day, it’s the one that fits properly, doesn’t create pressure in the wrong places, and is paired with soft hands. For most horses, that’s usually a simple snaffle with a padded, well-fitting headpiece and a plain cavesson noseband. Some of the newer anatomical bridles are designed to reduce pressure around sensitive areas like the poll and facial nerves, which can make a noticeable difference – especially for horses that tend to fuss in the contact.

When should you start using a double bridle?

Once your horse is going confidently in a snaffle and you’re looking for more refinement and collection. In British Dressage, doubles are allowed from elementary level, but whether you use one is completely up to you – plenty of riders choose to stay in a snaffle all the way to grand prix.

Are anatomical girths better?

They can be – it really does depend on your horse. Anatomical girths are shaped to avoid pressure on sensitive areas, especially around the elbows and sternum, which can make a big difference for horses who get tight or uncomfortable when girthed.

Some horses show an immediate improvement in movement or softness; others feel no different at all. Like most tack, it’s about finding what works for your horse’s body shape and way of going. Not every anatomical girth will suit every horse.

How to choose a dressage girth?

Start with your horse’s shape. Think about how deep the girth groove (the narrowest part of a horse’s body, behind the elbows, where the girth sits) is, how wide or narrow the chest is, and whether there’s enough clearance behind the elbows.

Look for soft materials, even pressure distribution, and enough flexibility to move with the horse. If your horse is girthy, sensitive, or changes shape easily, it’s worth spending a bit more on something with anatomical shaping or specialist cushioning.

And always check the sizing charts – height and barrel shape matter just as much as the length.

Do short girths need to be tight?

They need to be snug – but not cranked right up. With monoflap saddles, especially, it can be tempting to overtighten to stop the saddle moving, but a properly shaped girth with good elasticity shouldn’t need to be done up to the last hole.

Aim for even tension on both sides and check that the buckles sit comfortably above the elbow. A girth that moves with your horse, rather than locking everything in place, is usually the better bet.

Can I wear dark breeches in competition?

Wearing dark breeches is permitted in some cases, as some competition bodies have updated their rules in recent years. These changes have included the relaxation of dress code. Some bodies now allow black and navy breeches in competition, while others now accept coloured jackets, or those with embellishments such as diamanté.

Following rule changes in the US, British Riding Clubs (BRC) introduced black and navy breeches into their dress code in late 2022. British Dressage (BD) updated their 2024 handbook to say ‘Breeches or jodhpurs should predominantly be of a solid, single colour. Dark-coloured contrast seats are permitted. Stripes or bold patterned breeches or jodhpurs are not allowed.’

Eventing Ireland (EI) and British Eventing (BE) also permit the wearing of dark and navy breeches in all three phases. This rule applies to national and training competitions.

Full-seat vs knee-patch breeches

Full-seat breeches tend to be favoured by riders who hack or do dressage as they are great for helping you stay secure in the saddle by promoting stillness from your seat down. For this reason, they can be a little more restrictive and can make it harder to adjust your position. Knee-patch breeches only have grip at the knee – this offers less security, but makes it easier to come out of the saddle and adopt the two-point position if you’re jumping. You’ve memorised your test, polished your transitions, and your horse is ready to shine – but is your competition outfit up to scratch? Whether it’s your first test or you’re getting back in the saddle, knowing what to wear can be just as important as remembering the test itself. From unaffiliated shows to affiliated competitions, this guide ensures you’re dressed for success.

For unaffiliated competitions, dress codes tend to be more flexible, though some shows adhere closely to British Dressage (BD) standards. If in doubt, check with the organiser beforehand. What to wear for dressage competitions

For any dressage competition, whether affiliated or unaffiliated, the basics remain the same:

• riding hat – this should meet safety standards (see our guide to the best riding hats)
• riding boots – you can wear either long or short boots and gaiters are optional (see our guide to the best long boots)
• breeches – while traditionally these were light in colour, BD rules now allow darker colours too (see our guide to the best competition breeches)
• show jacket – in any solid colour or tweed at lower levels (see our guides to the best show jackets and best tweed jackets)
• show shirt – long- or short-sleeved with a white round collar or appropriate collar for stock or tie (see our guide to the best show shirts)
• stock or tie – it’s up to you, but stocks are more common (tradition suggests wearing white with a black/navy jacket, coloured with tweed)
• gloves – must be worn, and look smartest in the same colour as your breeches, but avoid light colours if your hands are unsteady (see our guide to the best riding gloves)
• saddle pad – a white square is the smartest (see our guide to the best dressage squares)

What to wear for affiliated competition

Whether you’re preparing for your first dressage test or competing at an advanced level, wearing the correct attire is essential. BD has specific rules on competition dress, and staying up to date ensures you’re compliant. Here’s everything you need to know about what to wear, based on the BD rulebook for 2025.

Jackets & coats

• Intro to advanced medium (FEI Junior tests): Short riding jacket, tweed coat, or uniform with a correctly tied stock, white round collar, or a shirt and tie.
• Advanced & opwards: Riders may wear a tailcoat or a short jacket with a protective hat and a correctly tied stock or shirt and tie.
• Forces & service personnel: Uniforms may be worn with a protective hat.
• Any single-colour tailcoat, jacket or waistcoat is permitted
• Subtle pinstripes, coloured collars, contrast piping and discreet crystal accents are allowed
• Tweed is permitted but should not have bold patterns
• Accents such as collars, cuffs, pinstripes or crystal decorations are permitted, but British team jackets (navy with a red collar and white piping) are reserved solely for British team riders
• Waterproofs: Plain or transparent waterproof coats can be used in wet weather
• Gilets are not allowed

Shirts

• Can be long or short-sleeved in any solid colour
• Must fasten at the neck with a correctly tied stock, white round collar, or a tie

Breeches & jodhpurs

• Should predominantly be a solid colour – but no longer have to be white
• Dark-coloured contrast seats are allowed
• Stripes or bold patterns are not allowed

Hat requirements

• Must be worn at all times when mounted – whether or not you’re competing – with the harness correctly fastened
• Top hats are not permitted
• Hats and hat covers may be any conservative colour (fully mirrored hats are not allowed)

Approved hat safety standards:

• British: PAS 015 (2011 onwards)
• European: VG1 or EN1384:2023
• American: SNELL E2016, E2021, ASTM F1163 (2015 onwards)
• Australian & New Zealand: AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards)
• Hats with a BSI Kitemark or SAI certification are strongly recommended

Gloves

• Compulsory in all BD competitions – but can be any colour

Boots

• Conventional riding boots (long or short) must be worn
• Short riding boots with or without gaiters or half chaps of the same colour are allowed
• Fringed or suede gaiters/chaps are not allowed

Body Protectors

• Body protectors, air jackets and soft-shell air jackets are all permitted

Spurs

• Permitted at all levels, but no longer mandatory from Advanced level upwards
• Must be worn as a pair (except for side-saddle classes)
• Made of metal (coating permitted)
• Rubber, metal, or plastic rotating ball spurs are allowed
• Comb spurs are not permitted
• The shank must point towards the rear and the end must be horizontal or pointing downwards
• Dummy spurs and swan-neck spurs are permitted
• Any shank or rowel type is allowed as long as the rowel rotates freely
• Rowels must have rounded points
• In Children on Horses and FEI Pony classes, only blunt metal spurs are permitted, with a maximum shank length of 3.5cm, measured from the boot to the tip

Cultural, religious or medical dress

• Where specific clothing items are worn on cultural, religious or medical grounds that may conflict with the rules above, BD asks members to contact their head office to endorse a suitable solution while still safeguarding the welfare of all participants

Other competition rules

In addition to standard dress requirements, some riders may be required to wear armbands for identification or dispensations. Similarly, whips are subject to specific rules depending on the event.

Whips

Whips are allowed in some competitions but are restricted in others. Here’s when you can and can’t carry a whip:

Whips ARE permitted at:

• All qualifiers, including Quest and Quest regionals/championships
• Warm-up classes at championships
• Young horse/pony (4, 5, 6, 7yo) qualifiers
• Young horse/pony (4yo) championships & semi-finals
• Premier Leagues and High Profile shows (selectors may request whips are not used)
• Ladies riding side-saddle at any level
• Para riders (if permitted under their dispensation certificate)

Whips are NOT allowed at:

Championships, including:

• Area Festivals, Regionals, Nationals, and Winter Championships
• Associated Championships (including Forces Equine)
• Combined Training Championship (dressage phase)
• Middle Tour Championships
• Young horse/pony (5, 6, 7yo) championships & semi-finals
• FEI Young Horse Tests

The maximum whip length allowed is 1.2m for horses and 1m for ponies (measured from the top of the handle to the very end).

Armbands & rider dispensations

Certain riders may wear colour-coded armbands to indicate specific needs or permissions:

• White armband → Riders with visual impairments
• Royal blue armband → Riders with hearing difficulties
• Sunflower armband → Riders with hidden disabilities (this does not grant dispensation but raises awareness)
• Yellow tabard/armband → Required for support riders assisting grades I to III

Non-classified riders can apply for a dispensation certificate from BD to use compensating aids in non-disabled competitions, including championships.

Sponsorship & logos

Riders may display their sponsor’s name and/or logo on their attire within the following size limits:

• Jackets: Max 80cm² on each side at breast pocket height
• Shirt collar/stock: Max 16cm² on each side
• Manufacturer’s logo: Max 3cm² on any item of clothing

Headpieces that do not have continuous padding across the poll will no longer be allowed in some US dressage competitions, in a decision described as “baffling” by one manufacturer.

Under the US Equestrian’s (USEF) rule change that came into force on 1 September, the crownpiece (headpiece) may be padded and may have elastic inserts, but “must be smooth and continuous across the poll, and rectangular or in the same shape as the crownpiece”. Padding must not extend 1.5cm beyond the dimensions of the crownpiece.

The rule applies to USEF and US Dressage Federation-licensed dressage competitions. A USEF spokesperson said athletes competing in CDIs would be required to follow FEI rules for permitted saddlery/equipment. And an FEI spokesperson confirmed to H&H that there are “no specifications in the FEI regulations regarding the shape and size of the padding of the crownpiece”.

A USEF spokesperson told H&H that the dressage committee put forward the rule and members were able to comment on this in spring before it was approved. The rule was proposed by USEF’s rules working group in “reference to studies being conducted around the application of pressure of the crownpieces to the poll”.

“The contact area of the crownpiece is important for dissipating the force applied to the horse’s head by the weight of the bridle, especially when using a double bridle, which is considerably heavier than a snaffle bridle,” said Hilary Clayton, USEF committee member and vet at Michigan State University.

Ms Clayton is a biomechanics expert and has published seven books and more than 200 peer-reviewed manuscripts in equine research.

“Ideally, the headpiece should distribute the force evenly over a large area. This is accomplished by having a wide headpiece lined by a continuous layer of padding. If the headpiece itself or the padding beneath it are incomplete, poll pressure increases.”

The USEF spokesperson confirmed to H&H that the rule is currently only in dressage – and does not apply to the dressage phase in eventing. But she added that this does not mean “it can’t change in the future or that other disciplines won’t follow suit with a similar rule”.

A WOW Saddles spokesperson said the company “cannot understand the ruling” and described it as “baffling”. WOW has redesigned a USEF-compliant interchangeable headpiece in response.

“As designers of tack, and horse owners and riders, we have never seen a horse go badly in a headpiece that relieves the mane and nuchal ligament. Their concern is that the edges of the pads cause pressure points. However, the mane sticks up from the natural curvature of the poll and this in turn makes all headpieces, that do not have the relief, apply more pressure on the mane or bridle groove,” he said.

“Countless bridles are now made with nuchal relief; this is not fashion, it is because through anecdotal and scientific evidence we have learnt that horses prefer the pressure not to be on the support structure of the spine.”

The PS of Sweden Nirak bridle headpiece is not permitted under the new rule, and PS of Sweden chief assortment officer Jenny Eliasson told H&H that “our commitment to horse welfare comes first in every design decision”.

“With the recent update to the USEF rules in dressage, we immediately moved to ensure our bridles remain both compliant and true to our principles of comfort and support,” she said.

“In response to the new regulations, we are introducing a new headpiece that meets the requirements while retaining our high standard of anatomical comfort. This is already in production and will be released in the coming months.

“It will be available with the Nirak bridle and as a separate item, allowing riders to update their current bridles easily.

“We remain dedicated to supporting both horses and riders with innovative, welfare-focused solutions that align with the latest standards.”

What are the benefits of technical stirrups?

When you compare the best technical stirrups that are currently available with the simple, traditional steel irons, it’s easy to see how far we’ve come. Technical stirrups for dressage vs jumping

What size stirrups do I need?

Not all stirrups come in a range of sizes, but where they do you should choose a pair that are one inch wider than the width of your boot at the ball of your foot. While stirrups are versatile and can be used across the disciplines, certain designs are tailored specifically for dressage and flatwork. Investing in quality training stirrups designed to promote proper positioning can enhance your feel, coordination, and technique.

Given the distinct leg positions and physical demands of dressage, selecting the right stirrup design is important for optimal performance and comfort. Having the best stirrups for dressage should not only improves leg position but also helps alleviate discomfort – and they might have a joint or inclined design to help with this.

However, these features are not essential and some of it will come down to personal preference. Instead, look for a stirrup made from high-quality materials with a wide footbed that provides support and prevents your foot from slipping.

British Dressage (BD) allow any colour of stirrup, but not stirrups that are attached by mechanical or magnetic means, or by velcro straps to the girth – unless special dispensation has been sought. The best half pads for horses can be used for a variety of reasons. Some are added beneath correctly fitting saddles to add an extra layer of shock absorption and aid stability, while others can be added to account for changes in the horse’s shape and help to temporarily improve saddle fit. This is particularly useful when horses are developing or changing shape due to weight, fitness or age, and many of these have shims, which you can add and remove as necessary.

Some half pads are designed to be used alone, but most can also be used with alongside one of the best saddle pads – some should be used underneath and against your horse’s back, while others should be used between the saddlecloth and saddle. CONFUSION has arisen about the FEI’s tack approval processes, as the organisation states there is “no certification system” in place – but that new items can be submitted via an app for “review” by an expert equipment group.

Ongoing discussions have been taking place around tack approval after it was announced that the Quantum cavesson bridle, now known as the welfare bridle, is no longer permitted in dressage under FEI rules from this year (news, 5 January).

Quantum co-founder Gill Batt told H&H that when the bridle was launched in November 2018, the company approached the FEI for approval and submitted an FEI dressage equipment form. In response, they were told by the FEI that the bridle was “very similar to a bridle that has already been approved and so you do not need to submit an application, it would already be allowed for use in FEI dressage competitions”.

Ms Batt said in November 2022 that when they found out the bridle would be banned, they spoke to the FEI and were asked to have the bridle pressure-tested – but were not given any protocols on how this should be conducted. Quantum had the bridle independently tested by the University of Copenhagen, during which it was compared against four FEI-approved bridles, and the results concluded the welfare bridle “exerts significantly less pressure on the nose” than the other bridles, under different pressure-testing measures.

“We were thrilled with the results, the bridle was what we said it was. But when we submitted the results to the FEI, we immediately got the rebuff, saying they were not interested,” she said.

Ms Batt said despite more communication, the FEI will not permit the bridle.

“Absolutely you should be challenged about your product, you should have to put your money where your mouth is – which we have done. But they are still blocking it and we don’t understand why,” she said.

Last month, when H&H approached the FEI for comment, at first a spokesman said the organisation “can only repeat their statement” given to H&H in January about concerns over the bridle’s noseband pressure – and reiterated that horse welfare is “paramount” and that the FEI “continuously reviews new tack and equipment to ensure the healthy and safety of equine athletes”.

The spokesman added that the FEI “does not have certification processes for individual pieces of tack and equipment”.

“In other words, there is no mechanism where the manufacturer or other parties are able to submit a piece of tack and/or equipment for review by a panel, and get a ‘stamp of approval’ by the FEI,” he said. “Therefore, the officials are expected to apply the rules as written.”

Since this statement, the FEI announced the launch of a new tack and equipment app at the FEI Sports Forum (news, 4 May). The app provides riders and officials clarity on what is and is not permitted in each discipline, with updates planned including a function to allow FEI officials to submit photos and videos of new equipment to be reviewed by the FEI equipment expert group.

Following this announcement, H&H approached the FEI again to clarify the organisation’s position around tack approval and the spokesman told H&H that Quantum submitted a picture of the bridle to the FEI dressage department in 2018 – and at the time, the bridle was “approved”.

“At the time, the dressage department had an informal approval process in place for equipment, whereby manufacturers were advised if their equipment was compatible with the rules or not,” he said.

“According to the picture sent by the company, the bridle appeared to have a standard cavesson noseband and was therefore approved. However, it was later discovered that the cheekpiece passed through the noseband, altering its function and rendering it non-compliant with FEI rules.”

The spokesman added that in 2019, the expert equipment group was formed by the FEI board to devise a “scientific-based and unified approach” to tack and equipment across all disciplines where possible, while “taking into account their uniqueness”. He said this group consists of people with sport, vet and legal backgrounds and the group works closely with external experts and equine researchers including Hilary Clayton and Rachel Murray.

“The expert group has been mandated to review the existing rules and processes, to propose amended rules in the future with the aim of achieving consistency of on-site decisions, at FEI Events, across all disciplines.”

The spokesman then reiterated that “there is currently no tack and equipment certification system in place where manufacturers, riders or other parties can submit a piece of tack for a stamp of approval”.

“However, due to the ever-evolving market of tack and equipment and with the high number of new products being launched every day, there will be instances where the applicable sport and/or veterinary rules will not provide a definite answer on the compliance of individual tack and/or equipment,” he said.

“In such cases, and in particular where there are potential horse welfare concerns, the group will make a decision whether the relevant tack or equipment is permitted to be used at FEI events in order to provide clarity to stakeholders.”

Another manufacturer, Salute Equestrian, has raised concerns about FEI tack approval processes after 16-year-old Lucy Standish was asked by a steward to remove her Salute Click & Connect neck strap before entering the cross-country start box in the CCI2*-S at Thoresby Park last month. The neck strap was designed with three connection options – to the saddle, girth or breastplate.

Lucy, who had the neck strap connected to her girth, said: “The cross-country steward said I wasn’t allowed to use my neck strap as it didn’t connect to the saddle.

Salute Equestrian founder Anna Bruce told H&H that after investigation, it was understood that the stewards received an email from the FEI last autumn stating, “This particular neck strap has been reviewed by the eventing committee and their feedback is that it is not allowed for eventing.” Under FEI rules, if neck straps are used for cross-country, they must be attached either to the breastplate or to the saddle.

“I believed, when connected to the girth, it met the rules – after all, it’s approved when connected to a breastplate that in turn is connected to the girth,” said Ms Bruce.

She added that she “hoped for a discussion” with the FEI to enable the rules to allow for neck straps to be attached to the girth, or for the neck strap to be “considered a hybrid breastplate in this format”. But she said the FEI told her there was no mechanism where the manufacturer or other parties are able to submit a piece of tack for review

“While we can work with the ruling as it stands [because the Click & Connect neck strap can also connect to the breastplate or saddle], I’m hoping the FEI or stewards will ask to view the neck strap in practice and not just from a photograph, and give it a fair assessment in this format for the benefit of horses, riders and the perception of our sport,” she said.

An FEI spokesman told H&H the decision at Thoresby Park was a “field of play decision and appeared to have been taken correctly by the relevant official”.

The makers and users of a bridle that has been approved for dressage competition for years say they are “astounded” it has been banned.

The Quantum cavesson bridle, designed by Indy Dinky children’s saddle creators Jill and Doug Hick and bitting expert Gill Batt, was designed to avoid restriction of nerves and myofascia in the horse’s face, and so enhance comfort.

It was approved by the FEI, and so also British Dressage (BD), four years ago but this autumn, Quantum was told it would be banned from next year.

Ms Batt told H&H that when the bridle was first approved, its creators sent the FEI all the relevant research and explanations.

“The FEI said ‘No problem’,” she said. “There’s been two rule changes since and no problem, and no communication until November, when we were told ‘Unfortunately, the bridle will be banned’.”

She added that the FEI was not forthcoming in its replies to Quantum’s requests for reasons.

“The FEI is always talking about welfare and doing more for the horse but they’ve kicked this out on their own assumptions,” she said.

“A lot of people are saying their horses go so much better in it, but now they can’t compete in it, and we can’t get any answers. We’re a small company that’s made something for the benefit of the horse.”

Lisa Porter, who competes her mare Villis Fiasco Utopia in the Quantum in affiliated dressage, told H&H she “instantly felt the difference” riding in it.

“I don’t understand,” she said. “You can put a flash on and crank it up tight and that’s allowed, but this is banned; it seems the most backward decision ever. We’re trying to keep social licence and ensure our sport has a future, and they put in rules like this that go against everything they say they strive for – the welfare of the horse.”

Vet and equine dental technician (EDT) Vikki Fowler rides both her horses in the Quantum cavesson.

“As an equine vet and a qualified EDT, I would like to think I know a few things regarding the anatomy of the horse’s head and mouth,” she said. “The Quantum offers relief on all major structures of the horse’s head and, for me, is a massive step forward in horse welfare.”

BD CEO Jason Brautigam told H&H BD follows the FEI on such rules, especially pertaining to horse welfare.

The FEI told H&H its equipment expert group had reviewed the bridle and advised the ban.

“According to the group, the effect of the noseband is different from a conventional noseband, as it passes through the cheek pieces. The height of the noseband therefore varies according to the size of the bit rings and not the horse’s morphology. The noseband and cheekpiece are linked on both the snaffle and the double, and the bit does not have an independent action, so when tension is placed on the rein, and the bit is brought into action, the noseband is pulled onto the nasal bone of the horse.

“Horse welfare is paramount for the FEI, and we continuously review new tack and equipment to ensure the health and safety of equine athletes.”

The best show rugs for horses are versatile. Katherine Marks had only decided to take her Welsh cob stallion for a quick Sunday outing to her local equestrian centre to get some miles in before their regionals debut next month. But not only did she come home with a red rosette, but also with a hilarious story to tell.

Katherine’s Thorneyside Guardsman — who is known as Douglas at home — managed to part company with his bridle during his test at an unaffiliated competition held at Spot Acre Equestrian.

However, after dismounting and putting his bridle back on at the judge’s request, Katherine and her stallion recommenced their test, finished and won their class by an impressive 15%.

“He worked in really well and I was fairly confident going into the arena,” reminices Katherine, who bought Douglas as a three-year-old colt and has ridden him to much success in the show ring. “I started my test and really did think it was going amazingly well. He was connected in my hands and was sitting up.

“We walked between K and A before changing the rein in free walk. I gave my rein forward and the bridle suddenly slid over his ears. I tried to lean forward to pull it back on, but it was gone.

“It was the first time I’d used an ear bonnet on him and I think it made the bridle ride up. There aren’t many times when I’m speechless but this was one of them. I had to dismount and I instantly thought I was eliminated as you would be in the show ring. However, the judge asked me to put the bridle back on, remount and carry on with my test.

“When I got home I checked the British Dressage rules and it states that a rider is allowed to get back on at the judge’s discretion and only if the dismount was necessary; I don’t think it could have been more necessary!”

Katherine says Douglas was given a two-point penalty for the malfunction, but that his temperament meant she could laugh the incident off as “just one of those things”.

“The photographer kindly fetched me a mounting block and I carried one with the test,” continues Katherine. “I was thrilled with the result, but I was more delighted at how well natured Douglas was. It could have been a disaster, but he was just an angel. In these strange times we definitely need something to laugh about and this was one of those things!”

Petrie Olympic Boots

The Olympic is a classical Dressage style riding boot with an elegant profile and slim ankle fitting. They also feature a front zip, a rubber sole and comfort foot bed as standard.
