Our reviewer find these breeches to be perfectly fitted and extremely comfortable despite their slightly more expensive price tag

20150530_105940First impressions of these breeches, I really liked the colour (marine blue) and they felt so lightweight. However the fabric appeared more like running leggings than breeches and I didn’t imagine that the shiny material would provide any grip when riding..!

The breeches are available in several different colours and sizes from XS to XL. They look smart and stylish and thought has gone into the detail, the waistband has belt loops and silver piping around the edge, there are two front zip pockets and the branding is discreet with just a “Horse Pilot” logo on the back.

The breeches are very comfortable, they actually feel like a second skin when riding, and are designed using a technical stretch anti-slip fabric which did actually provide adequate grip when schooling. They are also thermoregulating so I found that I did not feel hot even on the warmest summer days. They hav20150530_090013e a low-rise front and high back which gives kidney support and the calf area is designed using compression technology. However, I would be unlikely to wear them in the winter, opting for something a little warmer and they are not that hard wearing as some of the seams did wear quite quickly.

In summary I would recommend as I found that they fit perfectly, hugging the figure and I find it difficult to get slim leg breeches that actually fit snug around the knee area and they are also very comfortable for riding especially schooling, although the price tag is quite high!

    Verdict

I would recommend these breeches to anyone. They are a little more pricey than some people may like but they are a lovely fit and very comfortable
