A tough, comfortable winter boot and admired by horsey friends and dog walkers

Flower print base with pink leg, my first impressions were a bright winter boot which stands out from other winter boots due to its flower pattern base.

These boots are easy to slip on and off with small gaps in the leg of the boot for ease of pulling the boots on quickly.

I have struggled with other boots to fit and for comfort when wearing for long periods of time, however I wore the Bogs for hours on the yard and found them extremely comfortable. This was even the case when wearing the Bogs for over three hours of constant walking and running when leading for pony club treks – they did not rub at all.

I have often found winter yard boots are not durable and start to decay quickly from exposure to the elements and mucking out. Other boots in the past have leaked due to the amount of use in extreme conditions however the Bogs remained waterproof and definitely proved their durability. They are easy to hose off and return to looking as good as new with no leakage at all through the material sides, however thoroughly they are hosed.

These definitely exceeded my expectations as a tough, comfortable winter boot and admired by horsey friends and dog walkers who have requested them as their next birthday presents.

The only negative I can find is that one boot has developed a small meowing noise which has made me check the feral cats until I realised it was the boot but considering the amount of use and abuse these have endured this is being very picky and actually a selling point to ward off the rodents.

    Verdict
