A series of “Here to Help” days are being hosted by World Horse Welfare.

The charity is hosting the sessions to help horse owners with every day problems.

The days will feature expert speakers who will talking on subjects including bitting and bridling, feeding, worming and keeping your horse healthy.

Sam Chubbock said: “World Horse Welfare is well known for its work rescuing horses in urgent need of care but these events showcase a side of the charity that many people may not know about — providing expert advice and support on all things horse.”

The Here to Help Days will be held at various locations around the UK during the year; the first at World Horse Welfare’s Penny Farm in Lancashire on Saturday 25 June.

The other dates and venues are:
Saturday 27 August, Bridgwater College, Somerset
Saturday 24 September, Hall Farm, Norfolk
Saturday 22 October, Belwade Farm, Aberdeenshire

All of the events run from 9.30am to 5pm.

Tickets must be bought in advance and cost £25 including lunch and refreshments.
