Save pounds on HORSE 2001 tickets


  • Horse & Hound Online users can save pounds when buying their tickets for HORSE 2001 – a packed day out full of clinics, demos and horse care talks by top equestrian personalities.

    Visitors to HORSE 2001 have the rare opportunity to learn from top professionals at this annual event, organised by HORSE Magazine. Olympic event rider Jeanette Brakewell, international show jumper Rob Hoekstra, top show jumping trainer Stephen Hadley and dressage guru Jennie Loriston-Clarke will be holding clinics throughout the day, which begins at 9.30am.

    Horse behaviourist Richard Maxwell will be demonstrating his ground to saddle training scheme, while those who need to brush up on their towing skills can practise with the help of Land Rover.

    Other entertainment includes local riding clubs competing head to head in the new sport of Working Equitation and a spectacular finale by El Caballo De Espagne and their beautifulSpanish horses.

    The HORSE 2001 grand prize draw has more than 25 great prizes, including a day’s 4WD training with Land Rover and a holiday for two to Ireland with Drive Ireland/Aer Lingus. Holders of lucky ticket numbers will also win tickets to Horse of the Year Show throughout the day.

    Tickets for this packed day out at Solihull Riding Club, Bentley Heath, West Midlands, on Saturday 11 August are £12 per adult, but H&H Online users who ring the box office (tel:01403 256255) and quote H&Hweb, will enjoy a £2 discount.
