Poland is to have a dressage team at this summer’s Olympics, for the first time since 1980.
The country has a team made up of three individuals who qualified to become a “composite” squad.
Michal Rapcewicz and Randon, Katarzyna Milczarek with Ekwador, Beata Stremler and Martini will all represent Poland.
The three places were confirmed when New Zealand told the FEI they were unable to field a full team of three – as they only had two nominated horses and riders.
Poland were in reserve so take New Zealand’s place at the Games.
