Olympic show jumper Tim Stockdale goes on tour

  • Olympic show jumper Tim Stockdale is touring England this winter.

Tim, who represented Great Britain in Hong Kong this summer on John Bolsher’s Fresh Direct Corlato will be doing a series of show jumping lecture demonstrations, followed by a question and answer session.

“I want people to not only have an enjoyable evening out but to go home with some ideas that they can use through the winter months to help improve their jumping and increase the enjoyment that they get from their horse,” said Tim. “After all riding is meant to be fun”.

    Tim will be at:

    • Merrist Wood Equestrian Centre, Surrey on 19 November
    • West Wilts Equestrian Centre, Wiltshire on 20 November
    • Bromyard Equestrian Centre, Herefordshire on 25 November
    • Myerscough College, Lancashire on 26 November
    • Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre, Hampshire on 2 December

Tim’s tour is once again in aid of leading children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent. In his 2006 tour Tim raised £4,500 for the charity.

There will also be a chance to win a lesson with Tim in a charity raffle.

Tim added: “Unfortunately I do not have the time to fit in all the lessons that I am asked to give, so this really is a unique opportunity to come to my yard and have a lesson on your own horse”.

Tickets cost £25 in advance (£30 on the door) and the demonstrations start at 7pm.
