Nominate your favourite tackshop, feed merchant or equestrian mail order/internet retailer for a prestigious national award and you could win your horse a saddle.
The South Essex Insurance Brokers (SEIB) Retailer of the Year Award is one of a series of 2009 British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) Business Awards, to be presented next February.
The award will be judged in three categories, large and small tack shops plus internet and mailorder retailers, so businesses of all types and sizes will be considered.
“SEIB is delighted to support an award which gives riders and horse owners the chance to show how much they value their favourite retailers,” said Nicolina Mackenzie, marketing manager of SEIB.
“A retailer who makes an extra effort to offer reliable advice or find an unusual product — and all with a smile — can make all the difference.”
Nominations for the 2009 SEIB Retailer of the Year Award can be made at www.retaileroftheyear.org.uk and close on 8 December 2008.
Everyone who nominates will be entered into a free prize draw to win a £299 Wintec saddle.
