  • The Juddmonte bloodstock operation is to be scaled back, after the owner Prince Khalid Abdulla (pictured left beside Frankel) announced plans to “make some disposals”.

Prince Khalid is famous for his pink, white and green silks carried by some of the world’s best horses, including Frankel.

It has not yet been confirmed what will be sold off, but it is not thought Frankel, who is valued at £100million and has a fee of £125,000 per cover, will be among them.

Juddmonte has studs in Britain, Ireland and the USA and has around 900 horses. Other stallions include Oasis Dream and Dansili and broodmares include Frankel’s dam Kind.
