Windsor, host of the 2008 jumping and dressage European championships

Tickets go on sale today, 8 September, for next year's International Equestrian Federation (FEI) European jumping and dressage championships at Windsor.

Some 32 nations (see list below) will be invited to take part in the competition that will run 25-30 August 2009 in the private grounds of Windsor Castle.

It is the first time senior dressage and show jumping championships will be held at the same venue.

The European jumping and dressage championships will start on the morning of Tuesday 25 August with individual and team dressage. The dressage final (grand prix freestyle to music) will be held on the evening of Saturday 29 August.

The team jumping final will be held on Friday 29 August, and the championships will finish on Sunday 30 August with the individual jumping final.

Tickets for the FEI European Jumping and Dressage Championships at Windsor Castle are priced from £7 to £49.
