A verdict of accidental death has been recorded on Jo-Anne Williams. Jo-Anne, 34, died after a fall in a British Eventing competition at Upper Sapey, near Worcester, on 18 April 2007.

Jo-Anne was an experienced rider and was competing in April last year when her horse, Shannandoah, clipped a fence. She was airlifted to Birmingham's Selly Oak Hospital but died of severe head injuries.

Deputy coroner for Herefordshire Mark Bricknell recorded the verdict on 13 August.
