An equestrian property tops the world’s house price rankings

  • An equestrian home has topped the world’s property rankings.

Priced at an eye-watering $175m (about £107m), the 1,750-acre Jackson Land and Cattle Ranch, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is deemed to be the most expensive house for sale on the open market anywhere on earth.

The ranch’s greatest attraction is a state-of-the-art equestrian centre, which has 52 boxes, and indoor and outdoor arenas.

It is for sale through John Pierce, Hall & Hall in Jackson. Any takers?
